CHARACTERIZATION / DESIGN
Building on the Luanda waterfront, intended for Commerce and Services, consisting of a base, comprising two basement floors for parking and technical areas (Floors -2 and -1), two floors for commerce (Floors 0 and 1), one floor for services/offices (Floor 2), and one technical floor (Floor 3), on top of which are four towers of different heights, intended for offices.
At basement level, the site includes the underground area of Largo Matadi, located to the south of the building.
