SOCLIMA continuously reinforces its commitment to the development and appreciation of its team. Reflecting this dedication, we promoted specialized training in Ethics, Posture, and Professional Behavior for a group of our employees.
The initiative’s main objective was to strengthen behaviors aligned with the company’s organizational culture, promoting increasingly ethical, responsible, and excellence-oriented performance in professional relationships.
Throughout the training, participants deepened their understanding of fundamental concepts of ethics, morality, and professional conduct, comprehending the importance of these principles in building a work environment based on trust, respect, and responsibility.
Good practices related to transparency, open communication, social responsibility, and ethical decision-making in the business context were also addressed.
Employees also developed essential skills for daily professional life, reinforcing behaviors such as respect for diverse opinions, responsible fulfillment of commitments, proper use of company resources, confidentiality of information, receptiveness to feedback, and continuous improvement.
Another central theme focused on professional image and demeanor, highlighting the importance of attitudes that reflect organization, punctuality, clear communication, teamwork, commitment, and professionalism in all interactions.
The practical component of the training allowed participants to analyze real-life situations and ethical dilemmas, encouraging critical thinking, reflection, and conscious decision-making, always guided by the values of integrity, justice, and responsibility.
More than just acquiring new knowledge, the employees left this training prepared to apply these principles in their work, contributing to a more collaborative and ethical work environment aligned with the values that distinguish SOCLIMA.
We believe that investing in people is investing in the quality of our services and in building an increasingly strong organization, better prepared for the challenges of the future.
